Tron TR30 AIR receives RMRS and ANATEL certificates

Jotron has received the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) certificate and the República Federativa do Brasil Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) certificate for Tron TR30 AIR. This emergency VHF AM handheld radio was also MED-B certified earlier this month.

28 September, 2020 – Jotron is one of the few companies that develops, manufactures and markets a complete range of safety products for the commercial shipping market. Tron TR30 AIR was released last year and is the world’s only emergency VHF AM handheld radio, designed and approved in accordance with the IMO MSC.80(70). The Tron TR30 AIR is also compliant with SOLAS 74 reg. IV/7 and is a mandatory safety emergency radio on any SOLAS passenger, MODU and Polar Coded vessel.
