Tron TR30 AIR is the world’s only emergency VHF AM handheld radio, designed and approved according to the IMO MSC.80(70). The radio is compliant with SOLAS 74 reg. IV/7 and is a mandatory safety emergency radio on any SOLAS passenger, MODU and Polar Coded vessels.
“The innovative noise cancelling microphone and waterproof speaker-microphones for hands-free solutions are based on customer feedback, valuable features,” continues Pettersen.
The Jotron Tron TR30 AIR is delivered with a sealed emergency battery, a test battery, hand strap and holder for the radio and battery. The radio floats with either battery.
