Jotron AS have signed a project order with Redcai S.A. Jotron’s communication systems will be installed on a new ferry being built in Vigo, Spain at the Vulcano Shipyard.
Jotron offers communications systems for a wide range of products for vessels, oil and gas platforms and the energy sector. All Jotron products have been carefully designed and built for harsh maritime and offshore environments.
The signed contract includes a complete package supply of INTERCOM, GMDSS and AIS safety products. This is the largest single project contract signed with partner Redcai S.A. The safety equipment will be installed onsite this spring and the construction of the ferry is scheduled for completion by mid-2018.
